DILLY SALAD 
2 ripe tomatoes, skinned and sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 head lettuce, broken into bite size pieces

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. olive or canola oil
1 tbsp. wine vinegar or lemon juice
Dash salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. dried or fresh parsley
1 tsp. freshly chopped dill or dried
1/4 tsp. dried oregano

Mix the dressing ingredients together and pour over salad. Mix well and chill until serving.
