PRALINE PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 lg. instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
Cool Whip (approx. 5 c.)

Combine butter, sugar and pecans in saucepan. Heat until mixture is melted. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

Prepare pudding as per package directions. Add Cool Whip (reserving one cup for garnish). Mix pudding and Cool Whip. Pour over cooled praline. Top with remaining Cool Whip and pecans for garnish.
