CANDY COOKIES 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 c. quick oats
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine sugar, milk, butter and cocoa in 1 quart glass measure or casserole. Heat in microwave at full power 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until mixture boils. Boil 1 minute. Add vanilla. Pour sauce over oats, coconut and nuts in large bowl. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper. Allow to cool until set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
