CARAMEL APPLE SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, save juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 egg, beaten

Cook above until thick. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Add 1 1/2 cups crushed salted peanuts, 2 cups miniature marshmallows, 5 Granny Smith tart apples cut in small pieces, crushed pineapple and 12 ounce Cool Whip. Top with crushed peanuts.
