CORN SALAD 
1 1/2 doz. ears of corn (remove corn from cob)
1 head cabbage
6 lg. onions
3 green peppers
2 lbs. sugar
2 qts. vinegar mixed with half water
1/2 c. salt (scant)
1/4 lb. Coleman's mustard

Chop all ingredients fine together. Cook for 45 minutes. Add a little turmeric. Put in jars.
