CHOCOLATE BUTTERSCOTCH DIRT CAKE 
1 lb. pkg. Oreos
2 sm. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding (prepared)
2 sm. pkgs. butterscotch pudding (prepared)
1 tub Cool Whip, thawed

Roll Oreos with rolling pin until they are well crumbled. Spread all but 1/8 cup into a 9"x13" cake pan. Spread prepared butterscotch pudding on Oreos. Then spread prepared chocolate pudding over both. Spread Cool Whip over all and top with remaining Oreo crumbs. Chill about 1 hour.
