CHOCOLATE COVERED PEANUT BUTTER
BALLS
 
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 c. smooth peanut butter
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 bar (2 or 3 inch pieces) paraffin wax
3 c. Rice Krispies (optional)

Cream together butter and peanut butter. Add powdered sugar. Roll into 1 inch balls with palm of hand. Set aside.

Melt chocolate chips and wax in double boiler. Dip balls into melted mixture. Remove with spoon and place on wax paper until chocolate hardens. Keep refrigerated when not serving. Can be frozen.
