PUMPKIN BARS 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. quick oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 c. canned pumpkin
13 1/2 oz. evaporated milk
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Combine first four ingredients well and press firmly in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. While crust is baking, combine and beat together the remaining ingredients. Pour over baked crust and return to oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with topping. Bake another 15 to 20 minutes until knife comes out clean. Cool. Serve with whipped cream.
