PEAS AND MUSHROOMS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas or canned
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. chopped pimento

Cook peas according to package drain well. Cook mushrooms and onion in butter until tender. Stir in sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash pepper. Add cooked peas and pimento. Cover and heat through.
