CAMELOT STYLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cooked & cut into pieces
1 lb. fresh broccoli
1 c. brown rice
2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
Salt
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese

Cook rice in chicken broth and salt to taste until done. Make a white sauce with butter, flour and milk. Cook until thickened and add cheese. Stir until smooth.

In a greased casserole, place broccoli flowerets. Put chicken on top of broccoli. Pour cheese sauce on top. Spread cooked rice on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until hot (about 30 minutes).
