COLD TOMATO SOUP 
1 c. tomatoes fresh from the garden (no seeds or skin)
2 slices bread (no crust) cubed
3 tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic
2 c. tomato juice, fresh
3 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
Tomatoes, green pepper & cucumber, diced

Put first 4 ingredients in a blender with enough tomato juice to make a cream. Pour into a bowl and add the rest of the tomato juice. Add 3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar. Top with diced tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers.
