MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
2/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges
2/3 c. mandarin orange juice
1 tub Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple
1 box vanilla instant pudding

Mix yellow cake mix, oil, eggs and orange juice in a large bowl. Cut mandarin oranges into thirds and fold into cake batter.

Bake in 350°F oven for type of cake pan on cake box.

Icing: Mix together Cool Whip, pudding and drained can of pineapple.
