HOT WINGS 
2 lbs. hot wings
3 c. hot sauce
2 tsp. butter
1 c. sunflower oil
1/4 c. honey

Fry the 2 pounds of hot wings in sunflower oil until done. Do not batter the wings. In a bowl, mix the hot sauce, honey and butter to taste. After the wings are done, dip wings in the mixture of hot sauce, honey and butter.

OPTIONAL: Can bake in oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, if desired.
