1 lb. can applesauce
1 lb. can crushed pineapple
1 c. shortening
3 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ginger
2 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Combine sugar, eggs, shortening, applesauce and pineapple. Add mixture of flour and spices. Add raisins and nuts. Bake in tube pan for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
