LOW CALORIE FRUITCAKE 
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. sweetener
4 c. flour
1 c. crushed pineapple, in own juice
1 c. raisins
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries, drained and halved
1 c. nuts
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix sweetener, oil, eggs and pineapple with juice together with wooden spoon. Mix dry ingredients together until mixed very well. Add 1 and 2 mixtures together and cherries, raisins and nuts. Grease Bundt pan and pour mixture into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until cake tester comes out clean.
