CONCORD GRAPE JELLY 
4 c. grape juice
7 c. sugar
1/2 bottle liquid pectin

Sort, wash and remove stems from grapes. Place in a saucepan and add water. Cover and bring to a boil on high heat. Reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes. Strain juice through cheesecloth. Measure juice in kettle and stir in sugar. Place on high heat, stirring constantly. Bring to a full rolling boil that can't be stirred down. Add pectin and return to full rolling boil. Boil jelly mixture for 1 minute. Remove from heat and quickly skim off foam. Pour jelly into hot jelly jars and seal. Yields 9 (8 ounce) jars.
