BARBECUED SHRIMP 
3 lbs. lg. shrimp, unpeeled
Cayenne pepper
Black pepper
Garlic powder

Wash and drain shrimp. Sprinkle with peppers and garlic powder. Place in glass 7 x 11 inch dish.

SAUCE:

1 lb. butter
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 2 lemons
1/4 tsp. Tabasco

Heat all ingredients for sauce in a 4 cup measure on high in microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Pour over shrimp, cover. Cook on high for 10 to 12 minutes. Stir shrimp twice. Add salt and let stand for 3 minutes, test for doneness.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
