BUSTER BARS 
1 lb. Hydrox cookies, crushed
1/2 c. butter
1/2 gallon ice cream
1 1/2 c. peanuts
2 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter

Boil powdered sugar, evaporated milk, chocolate chips and butter for 8 minutes. Watch closely. Cool.

Mix crushed cookies and butter; pat into 9x13 pan. Slice ice cream and place over crust. Pat in half of peanuts, then put on sauce. Sprinkle remaining peanuts. Freeze. cut into squares. This is very rich so cut small squares.
