1 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 c. lard
1 tsp. salt
1 cake Fleischman's yeast
1 qt. potato water

Mix all together and let set for 1 hour. Then mix stiff as possible with flour. Keep in cool place. Let raise 3 hours. Bake in oven on 350 degrees until light golden brown.
