CREAM CHEESE AND GELATIN SALAD 
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (drain and save juice)
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. bottle maraschino cherries (chopped)
1/2 pt. heavy cream (whipped)

Dissolve Jello with 1 cup hot water, 1 cup pineapple juice. Cream the cheese, add cherries and drained pineapple. Add Jello to this mixture and mix together. Fold in whipped cream. Put in refrigerator to chill. (Double makes 9x13 dish.)
