MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. macaroni (elbows)
1 sm. onion
12 1/2 oz. can tuna (in water)
3 eggs
3 celery stalks
2 med. - lg. carrots
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes

Boil eggs until hard boiled. Boil macaroni until tender. Chop onion, celery and carrots into small pieces. Break tuna into medium pieces and cut eggs into small pieces. Add remainder of ingredients and mix well. Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving. If dry, add more Miracle Whip. May adjust spices to taste.
