SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked & drained squash
2 c. cooked rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup

Brown beef and onion; mix all ingredients together. Put in baking dish. Top with bread crumbs and cheese. The topping is not necessary, but it is good. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
