1 box white cake mix
1 box strawberry Jello
1 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
1 c. strawberries, drained

Mix together first cake mix, strawberry Jello, then add Wesson oil, and milk. Beat eggs in, one at a time. Add strawberries, pecans and coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until tests done with toothpick.

STRAWBERRY ICING:

1 box XXXX powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. strawberries, drained
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans

Mix confectioners sugar and butter. Dry, then add strawberries, coconut and pecans; then frost cake layers.
