PINEAPPLE NUT FLUFF 
40 Ritz crackers, rolled out (crushed)
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 egg whites
1 lg. box Dream Whip
1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 med. can crushed pineapple, drained

Beat egg whites until fluffy; gradually add sugar. Stir in crackers and nuts. Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour into pan but DO NOT PRESS; just spread it around. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool.

Blend Dream Whip, Philadelphia cream cheese, and crushed pineapple (drained). Spread over Ritz crust. Sprinkle with nuts or cherries; let cool in refrigerator overnight.
