SWEDISH LEMON - CORNSTARCH COOKIES | |
1 c. butter 1/2 c. powdered sugar 3/4 c. cornstarch 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. lemon rind Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add cornstarch, flour and lemon rind. Chill 1 hour. Form into balls and flatten (about the size of a quarter). Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. FROSTING: 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. powdered sugar Juice of 1 lemon |
