CHICKEN WITH PINEAPPLE 
2/3 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 lbs. chicken pieces
1/2 c. butter
1 lg. can sliced pineapple
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix together flour, salt, and pepper. Roll chicken pieces in the seasoned flour. Melt butter in fry pan. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned. Drain pineapple, measure 1 1/2 cups juice and mix with lemon juice and soy sauce. Place chicken in casserole dish. Pour pineapple syrup mixture over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Add pineapple for last 20 minutes. Bake uncovered after adding pineapple.
