MEXICAN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. green chili, chopped
2 c. cooked turkey or chicken

Follow package directions to cook rice. Combine cooked rice with remaining ingredients; turn into 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
