FROSTED FRUIT SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. lemon Jello
3 oz. pkg. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 or 3 sliced bananas
1 can crushed pineapple, reserve juice

Mix Jello, hot and cold water, and let set until almost set. Mix in marshmallows, bananas, and pineapple. Allow this to set until firm.

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg yolk
Reserved pineapple juice with enough water added to make 1 c.
Dash of salt
2 c. Cool Whip

In a pan, combine pineapple juice with flour, sugar, butter, egg yolk, and dash of salt. Cook until thick. Cool. Fold in the Cool Whip and spread on top of Jello mixture. Chill.
