STUFFED CABBAGE 
12 cabbage leaves
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 egg
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cracker crumbs
1 large can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder

Boil cabbage leaves until tender-crisp; drain well. In small bowl place tomato sauce, oregano and garlic powder; mix well. Mix ground beef, onion, egg and salt and pepper; add 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce and mix adding cracker crumbs until mixtures hold together. Lay cabbage leaves out with rounded side down and place 2 tablespoonfuls of the meat mixture in center and roll up. Place seam side down in casserole. Top with rest of the sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 mounds. Serves 6.
