FRENCH TOAST | |
4 slices whole grain bread 1 c. apple juice 1 tbsp. tapioca granules 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. date pieces 1 ripe banana Put all ingredients, except bread, into blender in order given. Process 3 minutes. In a bowl, dip bread into mixture and bake on a non-stick griddle (use a non-stick spray). Cook until browned. Serve with homemade fruit spread. Serves 4. |
