HEALTH MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. oatmeal
Sm. can tomato soup
1/2 c. soda crackers
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. shredded carrot
1/2 c. onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Form and make 2 loaves.

CHUTNEY SAUCE:

1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of nutmeg

Top meatloaf.

Bake in 350 degree oven TILL DONE, approximately 1 hour. DRAIN AND LET COOL BEFORE SLICING.
