FROSTY ICE CREAM PIE 
1 pkg. devils food cake mix or dark chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. ready-to-spread chocolate fudge frosting supreme
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. oil

FILLING:

6 c. (1 1/2 qt.) chocolate chip or favorite ice cream, softened

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two 9 inch pie pans or round cake pans. Blend at low speed all shell ingredients. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Spread 1/2 of batter in each pan. Do not spread up sides. Bake 25-30 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool completely.

Spread ice cream in shells. Heat remaining frosting just until softened. Drop by spoonfuls on top of ice cream. Swirl with knife. Freeze 2 hours. Makes 2 pies; 12 servings.
