EVER - READY BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box Bran Flakes
5 c. flour
3 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. corn oil

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Make a hole in the center and add eggs, buttermilk and oil. Stir enough to moisten. Cover and store in refrigerator. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Makes 5 1/2 dozen. This will keep 6 weeks in refrigerator.
