SALMON PEPPER LOAF 
14 oz. Salmon drained, or Mackeral
4 oz. can mushrooms
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1 green, diced pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 oz. Cheddar cheese

Saute mushrooms and pepper in small amount of water. Mix all ingredients and put in a loaf pan. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
