BROCCOLI BREAD 
2 frozen loaves bread dough (completely thawed)
1 pkg. sliced Provolone cheese
1 pkg. pepperoni slices, about 25 per loaf
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 box chopped frozen broccoli (thawed 1/2 box for each loaf)
3-4 slices colby or American cheese for each loaf

Roll or spread bread dough one loaf at a time, into a large oval. Layer the cheese and pepperoni as listed on 1/2 of the oval. Fold over other half of dough and crimp edges together with 2nd loaf. They will resemble large turnovers.

Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Brush melted butter on tops and cover with a towel while they stand for about 5-10 minutes. Slice across the "turnover" and enjoy!
