MINT CHEESE DROPS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. half and half
1/4 c. soft butter
1 container white prepared frosting
1 tsp. peppermint extract
Food coloring as desired

Mix cream cheese, half and half, and butter in saucepan. Stir over low heat until butter is melted and mixture is soft. Stir in frosting and mix well. Add peppermint and food coloring

Roll into balls or drop by teaspoonful on wax papered cookie sheet. Press with fork or cookie stamp if desired. Let mints stand uncovered until firm and dry outside.
