RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. unprocessed bran
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 to 1/2 c. walnuts (or sunflower seeds)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. milk (skim is okay)

Stir until well blended. Spoon into greased muffin pans.

Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
