CHOW CHOW 
1 qt. diced cucumbers
1 qt. string beans
1 qt. lima beans
1 qt. corn
1 pt. celery
1 pt. green peppers
1 pt. red peppers
1 c. very sm. onions
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 c. sugar
1 qt. cider vinegar

Chop vegetables into 1 inch pieces and cook separately. Cook until tender, not soft. Drain and mix all together. Combine vinegar, sugar, and mustard and bring to a boil. Add mixed vegetables to hot liquid and bring to a boiling point. Put in hot jars and seal tightly.
