MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 (17 oz.) sm. English peas, drained
1 (17 oz.) white shoe peg corn, drained
1 (15 oz.) French style green beans, drained
1 (2 oz.) pimiento, drained and diced
1/2 c. celery, diced finely
1/2 c. onions, chopped finely
1/2 c. green peppers, finely chopped

Combine vegetables, tossing lightly.

1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. wine vinegar or white vinegar

Combine these ingredients and bring to a boil over low heat, stirring occasionally. Pour over vegetables stirring gently to blend. Cover and chill 24 hours.
