JOHNNY MAZETTE 
2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground pork sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. butter
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped stuffed olives
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms & liquid
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can meatless tomato mushroom soup (opt.)
1 lb. broad noodles
2 c. grated American cheese

In large skillet saute pepper, celery, onion, and ground meat in hot butter. Add salt. Reduce heat, cook 5 minutes. Stir in olives, mushrooms and can liquid soup and sauces. Cook 5 minutes. Cook noodles according to directions. Turn noodles into a 14"x10"x2" pan. Add sauce and gently stir until well mixed. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Yield: 12 generous portions. Can be frozen and used at another time.
