BRISKET 
1 brisket
1 lg. onion, diced
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
2 pkgs. au jus mix

Lay brisket fat side down on Reynolds Wrap in long pan. Sprinkle onion over meat. Sprinkle generously with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Wrap tight. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Unwrap and remove brisket. Pour broth in bowl. Cover both and refrigerate overnight. Next a.m. skim off all grease from broth and dispose of prepared au jus mix as directed. Slice brisket against grain. Remove all fat. Put meat and au jus in pan and simmer until hot.
