WATERGATE DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 pkg. (small) instant pudding (use lemon, vanilla, chocolate or butterscotch)
2 1/2 c. milk
coconut, nuts or chocolate curls

Combine first 3 ingredients and bake 15 minutes in 9 x 13 pan. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip; put on cold crust. Mix instant pudding with milk. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Top off with Cool Whip. Spread over entire pan. Sprinkle with coconut, nuts or chocolate curls.
