GRACIE'S YUMMY APPLE PIE 
7 apples, cut up in thin slices (I use Gala)
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
juice of 1/4 lemon
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
6 pats of butter (1/4-inch ea.)
2 pre-made pie crusts (Pillsbury or homemade)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Put flour, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice in a large bowl. Fold in sliced apples.

Pour mixture into a prepared pie crust and place the butter pats at even intervals across the top of the pie. Place top crust.

Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes or until bubbly in the middle.

Serve warm.
