CRAB SOUP | |
1 head of cabbage (lg.) 1 can whole tomatoes 1 lg. onion 3/4 c. rice 1 tsp. dry mustard 2 tbsp. Old Bay 2 bags mixed vegetables 1 bag white corn 1 lb. crabmeat 1/2 doz. crabs 1 tbsp. salt and pepper 1 tbsp. parsley Get large pot, fill half way with water. Then add cabbage. Boil cabbage in water. Add vegetables and can of whole tomatoes. Add all seasonings and onions. Simmer for 1 hour. When crab soup is almost done, add rice. |
