CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 (3-4 lb.) chicken, cut up & browned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can milk

Mix mushroom and celery soups together and in bottom of roaster. Sprinkle rice over this mixture. After chicken is browned, place on top of rice. Mix cream of chicken soup and milk together. Pour over chicken in roaster. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
