BROCCOLI WITH SHRIMP 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/4 c. milk
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Paprika

Place half the broccoli in a 1 1/2 quart casserole and season with salt and pepper. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese with shrimp soup, milk and lemon juice. Pour half the sauce over the broccoli, then layer the rest of the broccoli ending up with the sauce on top. Sprinkle with paprika and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, until bubbling and beginning to brown on top. Serves 56.
