DAN'S EASY BABY BACK RIBS
baby back ribs (a full rack)
vegetable oil
salt and pepper
chili powder
paprika
3/4 cup water
aluminum foil
barbecue sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray's)

First turn ribs on their back so you are looking at the back bones showing. With a paper towel peel the back skin off (optional). With that done flip over the ribs, place ribs on a cooking sheet.

With a brush, or your fingers coat meat side of ribs with oil then sprinkle with salt, pepper, chili powder and paprika. Pour 3/4 cup of water in the pan. Cover tightly with foil and cook in a slow (275°F) oven for 2 1/2 hours.

When done cut ribs in 3 bone pieces. Coat with your favorite barbecue sauce and either finish on the grill or put in the oven and broil till ready.
