MOROCCAN PASTA 
12 oz. angel hair pasta
1 red pepper, chopped
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1/2 medium zucchini, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. seedless raisins (optional)

Cook pasta according to package. In large saucepan over medium heat, cook red pepper, onion, zucchini, salt and curry in hot oil for 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in broth. Bring to boil; boil for 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Drain pasta and add vegetable mixture with raisins.

Yield: 6 servings.
