LEMON ICES 
3 lemons
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 c. ice

Wash and dry all lemons. Using grater, grate yellow part of skin of 1 or 2 lemons in small bowl; set aside. Squeeze the juice of all lemons into the juicer.

In small heavy saucepan, combine water, sugar and grated lemon peel. Cook over medium heat until the water boils slightly, stirring once in awhile. Pour lemon juice and stir. Put in a blender with 2 cups ice, blend. Put into 3 oz. paper cups and freeze.
