EASY BUTTERMILK BISCUITS 
1 stick butter
2 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. buttermilk

With your hands, mix butter and flour together until the mixture is crumbly. Add buttermilk and mix. Add enough extra flour to make dough into ball. Pat the dough ball out on a floured surface. Cut out biscuits. Bake at 425 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes.
